Because we are doing this activity everyday, we will write them in the reading blog.

Come and read our AMAZING inferences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nueva regla sobre la Tarea, New Homework Rules 1/21/13
Estimados
padres:
Mrs. Cruz
Dear
Parents,
First that
nothing happy new year! I hope that they have passed it very well. Maybe you
have given that the routine of the job has changed. The task them am giving
children every day, so I check them it day by day. The aim of this is to give
them task of the objective that we have covered that day. By doing this I received
a variety of excuses for because they do not do it or make it incomplete.
The task is important since it
reinforces learning and gives the opportunity to practice at home what they
learned in school. The practice of STAAR is soon and is a test that requires
much effort since they will be many readings.
That is why, I ask you to please ensure
that children do their homework and to read, reading time (separate task
increased gradually) and appreciate them ensure that they lean to increase the
stamina to read.
First and foremost we would like to wish you a happy New Year! I
hope that you enjoyed the vacation. You may have noticed that the homework
routine has changed. Students are given homework each day and it is reviewed
the following day in class. The reasoning for the daily homework is to practice
the skills and objectives that were covered in class each day. When reviewing
homework each day, I have received a variety of reasons as to why students either
do not attempt the homework, or turn in incomplete homework.
Homework is important since it reinforces learning and gives
students the opportunity to practice at home what was learned in school. The
practice STAAR is soon and is a test that will require a lot of effort since
there will be many reading passages.
Because of this, I ask that you please
ensure that your child does his/her homework and reads every night. (The reading
time is a separate task from the reading homework and the amount of time spent
reading will increase gradually). I appreciate your help in ensuring that your
child continues to read at home in order to increase reading stamina.
Thank you for your continued support,
Mrs. Cruz
